Ideal for applications in trucks, trailers, buses, and heavy equipment that require branching an existing 3/8" air line run to a new 1/2" NPT pipe connection point. Used extensively in air suspension, air accessory, and primary/secondary air brake circuits.
Ensure air pressure is fully relieved from the system.
Cut nylon tubing cleanly and squarely, removing any burrs.
Push the tubing firmly into the collet until it bottoms out against the internal seal.
Pull lightly on the tube to ensure it is securely locked by the collet.
Note: Do not use sealant on the Push-Lock tube connection. Use an approved thread sealant on the 1/2" NPT connection only.
