Does Truck Parts World special order parts ?

Will all of my parts be coming together?

Though most of our orders ship from our central warehouse in Texas, there will be some cases where orders will be split into multiple shipments. You will be provided with additional tracking numbers if an order is split or shipped from two locations. 

How do I rush an order?

At this time, the only way you will be able to rush an order is to contact a team member by calling 903-757-4572 during work hours 8am to 5pm. The team member will need your order information and they will check to see if the order has left our location. If your order already has a tracking number associated with it we may no longer be able to expedite it. Additional charges may apply to rush an order. 

Will Truck Parts World ship outside the USA?

Yes! We ship both Fedex and USPS to other countries. Please contact a team member via email (Timothy@truckpartsworld.net) or phone at (903-757-4572) for a quote.

How do I return the products I ordered? 

You will have to obtain an RMA number from our customer service team before mailing back your parts. Please do not ship products directly back to the address on the box! We cannot guarantee a refund on a product that was not returned properly. For more details please read our Return Policy Page

I ordered on a weekend, when can I expect my order to ship?

Your order will be processed Monday and should shipped out on Monday.  This is the same for Holidays as well: orders will be processed the next day of business after the end of the Holiday.

Will I receive an email with the tracking number when I place my order?

There should be a tracking number email after each order ships out to the email address provided to us. 

What shipping carrier does Truck Parts World use.

USPS and Fedex.
