If your order already has a tracking number associated with it, we may no longer be able to expedite it. Additional charges may apply to rush an order.
Yes. We ship both with FedEx and USPS to other countries. Please contact a team member via email (sales@truckpartsworld.net) or phone at (903-757-4572) for a quote.
You have to obtain an RMA number from our customer service team before mailing back your parts. Please do not ship products directly back to the address on the box. We cannot guarantee a refund on a product that was not returned properly.
If you placed your order over the weekend, it will be processed on Monday and should ship out on Monday.
The same rule applies to holidays. Your order will be processed and shipped the business day following the holiday.
There should be a tracking number email after each order ships out to the email address provided to us.
