Return Policy

A 30-day return policy applies on most online purchases from Truck Parts World. Send requests for Return Authorization by email within 30 days of the purchase date. Reason for return and condition of product must be included in the email request. Complete instructions will be sent by email to . Return Authorization is valid for 30 days.

RETURN FEES apply as specified below and at the discretion of Truck Parts World Dept.

10-20% Fee: Electronics, GPS, Computer & Technology Products, Small Appliances, Outdoor Gear, Gaming Products, Automotive, etc.
NO Refund on defective automotive parts. Replacement can be provided.
Add’l Fees up to 50% may apply on open packages that are not in resell-able condition..

NO RETURNS on products sold as “OPEN-BOX” or “OPEN-PKG”. These items are sold “as-is” and at significantly reduced price. Condition is displayed on E-Bay prior to purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you may be required to pay for return shipping depending on reason for return.

***SPECIAL NOTE ON VEHICLE-SPECIFIC REPLACEMENT PARTS It is solely the customer’s responsibility to research and confirm that the correct part is ordered. Our information is only as good as the data provided by the manufacturer and may vary due to the nature of the industry. Truck Parts World is not responsible for misapplication. Further more Truck Parts World is not liable for any labor costs incurred by the customer with another business due to a defective or incorrect part regardless of the reason the part is incorrect, or if it does not correct the problem with the vehicle. Mechanics warranty their labor only when they are provided the parts for repair. No refunds on defective parts. If a part is deemed defective, a replacement will be sent.

Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for refunds to be processed. Credit is applied to the original method of payment.

International customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs as well as related fees imposed by their country for returns, regardless of the reason for the return (including defect, damaged, incorrect shipment).

Mfr warranty applies on any defective electronic, computer item or household appliance. Contact mfr for technical assistance.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, a refund will be issued less all shipping costs incurred including return shipping fees. Reshipments are not processed. The only exception will be if there was an error on our part.

REFUSED DELIVERIES: Shipments that are refused will be handled as a return in accordance with our standard return policy. Unless prior arrangements have been discussed and approved, return fees apply and all shipping costs including return shipping fees will be deducted.
