Up for sale are two of an Optronics STL101RCFB 4″ round Flange mount S/T/T Red LED w/  When running lights are on just the outer ring lights up red as seen in the third picture and when the turn signal or brakes are applied the middle lights up and the outer ring shines brighter as shown in the fourth picture. The appearance of a clear center is only apparent when the light is not in illuminated. (All pictures above are of the same light.)
